Data Supply Services – Verification Services Of Persons Involved In Politics And International Sanctions. The International Procurement Of Political Parties And International Sanctions Verification Services (Hereinafter Referred To As Services) Is Carried Out Through An Open Tender. Purchased Services, Which Include: 1. Data Provision Services Of Persons Participating In Politics, International Sanctions And Publicly Available Information, Enabling The Procuring Organization To Perform A Manual Check In The Database (Up To 15,000 Requests Per Year); 2. Permanent (Automatic) Monitoring Service Of Persons Involved In Politics, International Sanctions And Publicly Available Information (Up To 40,000 Records Per Year). The Services Include The Necessary Access To The Service Providers Database, In Which The Procuring Organization Should Be Able To Manually And Automatically Check And Monitor Information About Selected Natural And Legal Persons, Include These Persons At Their Discretion In The Monitoring Of The Continuous Checking Of The Database Managed By The Service Provider, And In The Course Of Continuous Monitoring Of These Persons, Receive Notices Of Changed Data In Relation To These Persons (Alert). The Offer Must Be Made For The Entire Scope Of The Services. The Procuring Organization Must Be Granted Access To The Database And The Services Provided For 5 (Five) Users At The Same Time (5 Workstations). The Minimum Amount Of Purchased Services Is 12 (Twelve) Months, The Maximum Is 36 (Thirty-Six) Months. The Buyer Does Not Undertake To Purchase The Maximum Amount Of Services, I.E. I.E. Services For 36 (Thirty-Six) Months. The Purchase Object Is Not Divided Into Parts, Because One Set Of Services Is Purchased, The Division Of Which Would Be Irrational And The Execution Of The Purchase Contract Would Become Technically Too Complicated. The System Must Be Unified And Work As A Single Platform, And Solutions From Different Vendors May Not Be Compatible. The Procuring Organization Intends To Purchase The Services At The Fixed Rates Offered By The Service Provider (I.E. Fixed Rate Pricing). The Qualifications Of Suppliers Will Not Be Checked In This Procurement, No Requirements Are Set For Suppliers Regarding Compliance With The Standards Of The Quality Management System And/Or Environmental Protection Management System. Requirements For The Absence Of Grounds For Exclusion Of The Supplier And Sub-Suppliers (If Applicable), Business Entities Whose Capabilities The Supplier Relies On Are Applied In The Purchase. The Purchase Is Subject To Environmental And Social Criteria, Requirements Related To National Security, Requirements Regarding The Non-Application Of International Financial Sanctions.
