Medical Equipments – Framework Agreement For Supply, Installation, Commissioning Robotic Guided Assistance Equipment And Intraoperative Support And Mobile High Performance Imaging Equipment In Neurosurgery. The Hospitals Mission Is To Provide Medical Services At The Highest Professional And Technological Standards, Addressing Complex Pathologies On An Emergency Or Scheduled Basis. At The Same Time, The Hospital Plays A Strategic Role In The Health Network In The Region Of Moldova, Being A Pole Of Excellence In Neurosurgery And An Important Training Center For Specialized Medical Personnel. Description Of The Proposed Concept Against The Background Of The Continuous Increase In Cranial And Spinal Neurosurgery Cases, It Is Necessary To Be Equipped With State-Of-The-Art Medical Equipment, Capable Of Streamlining The Entire Operative Process And Responding To Growing Needs. In Order To Optimize Flows, Medical Equipment Must Function As A Fully Integrated System, Being Capable Of Mutual Interconnection And Easy Transmission Of Information. Mobile Equipment Communicates With Each Other, Performing A Complex Real-Time Data Exchange, Having A Complete Workflow, From Case Planning To Intraoperative And Postoperative Monitoring. Description Of Facilities The First Step Is To Establish The Desired Interventional Strategy, Which Involves An Area Dedicated To Planning That Allows The Quick Choice Of The Best Treatment Method. Thus, Having State-Of-The-Art Software Modules, The Processes Such As The Selection Of The Anatomy Of Interest, The Delimitation Of The Tumor Area And The Establishment Of The Trajectory Of Interest Happen Automatically, Helping To Make The Process More Efficient. Software Applications Used In The Planning Of Neurosurgical Cases: 1. Automatic Segmentations At The Spinal And Cranial Level Including The Basal Ganglia Region 2. Automatic Detection Of Cranial Tumors Such As Metastases, Meningiomas, Cranial/Paraspinal Nerve Tumors, Gliomas, Glioneuronal And Neuronal Tumors 3. Establishing The Trajectory For The Area Of Interest 4. Tractography That Automatically Highlights The Map Of Areas Of Interest 5. Establishing And Highlighting The Trajectory Of The Electrodes Used In Deep Cranial Stimulation Interventions 6. The Automatic Proposal Of The Desired Trans-Pedicular Screws Also, The Intraoperative Existence Of A Guidance And Visualization System Capable Of Integrating And Connecting All The Medical Data Supporting Imaging-Guided Neurosurgery Is Fundamental. Through It, Surgeons Have Automatic Access To The Planned Pre-Operative Data, And The Correlation With The Intra-Operative Data Will Be Automatically Carried Out, With The Possibility Of Integrating Third-Party Equipment Such As A Microscope Or Ultrasound, Which Support Both The Review And The Verification Of The Strategy. By Using An Intraoperative Robotic Microscope Correlated With The Guidance System, Surgeons Can Observe The Smallest Anatomical Details With The Possibility Of Superimposing The Pre-Planned Data In The Eyepiece, But Also The Robotic Alignment Of The Equipment According To The Predetermined Trajectory. Also, In The Case Of Unexpected Changes Of The Type Of Physical Displacement Of The Face Brain Tissue
