The Public Procurement In Question Is Co-Financed By The Polish Order Government Fund: Strategic Investment Program In Accordance With The Content Of The Preliminary Promise Edycja8/2023/2621/Polskilad And In Accordance With The Content Of Resolution No. 84/2021 Of The Council Of Ministers Of July 1, 2021 On The Establishment Of The Polish Order Government Fund: Strategic Investment Program. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8 Of The Act. 4.
