Medical Equipments - Upgrade Of Existing Magnetic Resonance Magnetom Aera 1.5T To Platform Version Magnetom Sola Fit - A Biomatrix System For The Needs Of Ni Pirogov Umbalsm Ead. The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Is Bgn 2,065,338.00 (Two Million Sixty-Five Thousand Three Hundred And Thirty-Eight Bgn And Zero Cents) Excluding Vat. In The Event That A Participant Bids A Higher Value Than The Estimate, The Participant Will Be Removed From Participation In The Procedure. Order Fulfillment Period: The Delivery Period For The Upgrade Equipment: Up To 6 (Six) Months. The Term Begins To Run From The Conclusion Of The Contract. Possibility To Present Variants In The Offers: Variability Of The Offers Is Not Allowed. Terms And Method Of Financing And Payment: Financing With Own Funds. Payments Of The Amounts Due Will Be Made By Bank Transfer, In Bulgarian Leva To A Bank Account Specified By The Contractor, Within A Period Of Up To Calendar Days, Will Be Carried Out According To One Of The Following Schemes: Scheme 1: The Employer Pays In Advance 30% [Thirty Percent] Of The Contract Price Within 30 (Thirty) Days Of Signing The Contract, Presentation Of An Original Invoice By The Contractor And A Guarantee Securing The Advance Payment. - Final Payment In The Amount Of 70% [Seventy Percent] Within 30 (Thirty) Days From The Acceptance Of The Execution Of The Contract Without Comments, According To The Terms Of The Contract. Scheme 2: The Contracting Authority Shall Pay 100% Of The Contract Price Within 60 (Sixty) Days Of Acceptance Of The Execution Of The Contract Without Objections, According To The Terms Of The Contract. - The Selected Contractor Indicates The Payment Scheme Before Signing The Specific Contract. Award Criterion: The Evaluation And Ranking Of Participants Offers Will Be Based On The Most Economically Advantageous Offer. The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Will Be Determined Based On The Award Criterion: Lowest Price, According To Art. 70, Para. 2, Item 1 Zop. The Proposed Total Value Without Vat To The Second Decimal Place Is Subject To Evaluation. When Considering The Offers, The Appointed Committee Will Apply The So-Called Reverse Order, Based On Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Civil Code, In Connection With Art. 61 Of Ppzop. The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Will Be Considered Before The Documents For Authentication Of The Personal Status And The Selection Criteria. The Contracting Authority Requires The Designated Contractor To Provide An Advance Payment Guarantee And A Guarantee To Ensure The Performance Of The Contract.
