Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - Two-Stage Implementation Competition For The Development Of An Architectural Concept For The Local And Library Activity Place (Malib) In Piaseczno. The Competition Is An Implementation Competition, I.E. One In Which The Prize Is A Cash Prize And An Invitation To The Author (Contest Participant) Of The Selected Competition Work For Negotiations In The Form Of A Single-Source Contract, In Order To Provide A Service Based On The Competition Work. The Subject Of The Service Has Been Initially Described In The Important Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Regulations. The Aim Of The Competition Is To Obtain The Best Concept In Terms Of Architecture, Space And Functional-Utility Of The Local And Library Activity Site, Together With Land Development, In The Area Indicated In Annex No. 7A As The Scope Of The Competition Study. The Competition Is Conducted In A Limited And Two-Stage Competition Procedure A) Qualification Stage: - Entities Interested In Participating In The Competition Submit Applications To Participate In The Competition In Accordance With The Provisions Of Chapter Iv Of The Regulations Within The Deadline Specified In The Competition Schedule; – The Organizer Admits To Participate In The Competition And Invites To Submit Study Studies The Competition Participants Who Meet The Objective Requirements Specified By The Organizer And Specified In Chapter Iv Of The Regulations. B) Stage I Of The Competition - Submission And Evaluation Of Study Studies: - Submission Of Study Studies By Competition Participants Invited To Submit Study Studies Based On Applications For Admission Within The Deadline Specified In The Competition Schedule. The Material Scope, Form Of The Study And Method Of Presentation Of The Study Studies Are Specified In Chapter V Of The Regulations; – Assessment Of Anonymized Study Studies By The Competition Jury Based On The Criteria Specified In Chapter Vi Of The Regulations And Selection Of The Five (5) Best Study Studies Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Regulations, Which Will Be Qualified For Stage Ii Of The Competition; – Invitation To Submit Competition Works By Competition Participants Whose Study Studies Were Qualified For Stage Ii Of The Competition. C) Stage Ii Of The Competition - Submission And Evaluation Of Competition Entries And The Results Of The Competition: - Submission Of Competition Entries By The Competition Participants Whose Study Studies Were Qualified For Stage Ii Of The Competition Within The Deadline Specified In The Competition Schedule. The Material Scope, Form Of Study And Method Of Presentation Of The Competition Entries Are Specified In Chapter Vii Of The Regulations; – Assessment Of Anonymized Competition Entries By The Competition Jury Based On The Criteria Specified In Chapter Viii Of The Regulations. – Resolution Of The Competition, I.E. Selection Of The Best Competition Entry (1St Prize) And Awarding The Remaining Prizes In Accordance With The Provisions Of Chapter Ix Of The Regulations; – Approval Of The Competition Results By The Ordering Partys Manager And Official Announcement Of The Competition Results; – The Results Of The Competition Become Final. The Prizes In The Competition Are Cash Prizes In The Total Amount Of Pln 100,000.00 Gross (1St Prize - Pln 35,000.00 Gross, 2Nd Prize - 25
