The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction, Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Track And Road System In Ul. Nowęglowa From Ul. Tramwajowa To Be Incorporated Into Ul. Kopcińskiego Along With The Reconstruction Of The Viaduct On Ul. Kopciński As Part Of The Project Comprehensive Program For The Integration Of The Low-Emission Public Transport Network In The Łódź Metropolis, Including The Purchase Of Rolling Stock To Operate The W-Z Route And Other Communication Lines And Modernization Of Tram Depots In Łódź (Phase 2 Project), Co-Financed By The Cohesion Fund Under The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027 Program, Priority Fenx.03 Urban Transport, Action Fenx.03.01 Urban Transport. The Subject Of The Order Is Part Of A Project Whose Main Goal Is To Improve The Public Transport Offer In The City Of Łódź Through The Construction Of New And Reconstruction Of Existing Infrastructure. The Primary Goal Of The Project Is To Reduce Traffic Congestion, Improve Traffic Flow, Safety And Limit The Negative Impact Of Individual Transport On The Natural Environment In The City And Functional Area, Increase The Mobility Of Residents And Increase Transport Accessibility Through The Construction Of New Tram Lines. 2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz And The Provisions Of The Draft Contract Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz.
