Electricity, Heating, Solar And Nuclear Energy – Purchase Of Electricity For Pwik Sp. Facilities. Z O. O. For The Period From January 1, 2026 Until December 31, 2026. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity For The Employers Facilities Located In The Following Communes: Wodzisław Śl., Radlin, Rydułtowy, Gorzyce, Marklowice And Gaszowice In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026, In An Estimated Amount Of 3,209.188 Mwh. 2) Detailed Requirements Are Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Given Quantities Are Estimates, Determined On The Basis Of Historical Collection And Are Used Only To Calculate The Value Of The Order. The Ordering Party Guarantees That The Minimum Total Amount Of Consumption Will Not Be Less Than 60% Of The Volume Indicated In Annex 5. 3) Energy Will Be Sold Through The Distribution Network Of The Local Distribution System Operator (Dso). The Contractor, No Later Than On The Day Of Concluding The Contract, Must Have A Valid General Distribution Contract With The Dso, Enabling The Sale Of Energy To All Consumption Points Of The Ordering Party. 4) Settlements Will Be Made Based On The Readings Of Measurement And Settlement Systems, According To Unit Prices For Individual Consumption Points, In Accordance With Actual Consumption, Plus The Monthly Commercial Fee Specified In The Contractors Offer. The Settlement Period Must Be Consistent With The Dso Settlement Period. 5) The Ordering Party Has The Legal Title To Dispose Of All The Facilities Indicated In Annex 5 To The Swz. 6) The Ordering Party Will Conclude One Sales Contract Covering All Consumption Points, However: - It Is Allowed To Conclude A Comprehensive Contract (Sales And Distribution), - It Is Allowed To Sign The Contract By Correspondence Or Electronically (Using An Electronic Signature). 7) The Contractor Will Independently Terminate The Existing Comprehensive Or Energy Sales Agreements With Effect From December 31, 2025. The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Will Conclude New Distribution Agreements Where Required (E.G. After The Existing Comprehensive Agreements Or In The Case Of Distribution Agreements Concluded For A Fixed Period). 8) The Ordering Party Does Not Have Any Contracts Or Promotional Annexes. 9) The Purchased Energy Will Be Intended Solely For Own Needs. The Ordering Party Is An End User Within The Meaning Of The Excise Duty Act And Has The Status Of A Producer Within The Meaning Of The Renewable Energy Sources Act For Selected Consumption Points (Energy Used Exclusively For Its Own Needs, Without Sale). 10) The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Reducing The Number Of Energy Consumption Points Indicated In Annex 5 To The Swz, Subject To A 30-Day Notice Period.
