It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support - Renewal Of Software Support For The Opentext™ Netiq Access Manager Access Management System And The Opentext™ Groupwise Electronic Mail System For The Needs Of The Ministry Of Energy. The Subject Of The Public Order Includes Software Support Activities For The Opentext™ Netiq Access Manager Licenses And Opentext™ Groupwise Licenses Owned By Me. The Contractor Should Provide Software Support For The Software Products Specified In The Technical Specification Of The Employer - Appendix 1, Together With Their Updated Versions. The Term For Providing Software Support For The Licenses Owned By Me Is Up To 20 (Twenty) Working Days, Counted From Receipt Of The Written Notification From The Contracting Authority For Secured Financing Under The Contract And Presentation By The Contractor Of The Performance Guarantee Specified In The Contract. The Term For Providing Software Support Is For A Period Of 12 Months, Starting From The Date Of Provision.
