State Gazette No. 66/25.07.2003/. Bids May Be Submitted By Participants Holding A Valid Permit To Operate As An Operator Of Food Vouchers On An Electronic Medium, Issued In Accordance With Art. 26, Para. 4 Of Ordinance No. 7 Of 07/09/2003. The Contractor Of This Public Procurement, Who Will Deliver Food Vouchers On An Electronic Medium, Should Have The Quality Of Operator In The Sense Of § 1, Item 35 Additional Provisions Of The Law On Corporate Income Taxation (Dr Zpko). An Applicant Whose Permit Has Been Revoked By The Ministry Of Finance And/Or Is In Court Proceedings Under Art. 28, Para. 2 Of Ordinance No. 7/09.07.2003 Is Removed From Participation In The Procedure.
