Installation Services Of Video Equipment – Public Procurement Relating To The Complete Renewal Of Two Dimages Walls For Two Centralized Control Stations Located In Levallois-Perret And Its Maintenance And Emergency Contract. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Complete Renewal Of Two Video Walls Of Two Centralized Control Stations (Pcc) Of So Ouest And Verdun, Located In Levallois And Is Accompanied By A 4-Year Maintenance And Backup Contract. It Is Broken Down Into 2 Phases For The Complete Renewal Of Supplies, Installation And Services Part, And A Technical And Financial Proposal Is Expected For The Maintenance Of Said Equipment. This Contract May Give Rise To Similar Services: In Accordance With Article R 2122-7 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Buyer Reserves The Right To Award A Works Or Service Contract Without Prior Advertising Or Competitive Bidding, The Purpose Of Which Is To Carry Out Services Similar To Those Entrusted To The Holder Of This Contract. When Such A Contract Is Awarded By A Contracting Authority, The Period During Which New Contracts Can Be Concluded Cannot Exceed Three Years From Notification Of The Initial Contract.
