Engineering Design Services - Development Of An Investment Project For The Reconstruction Of The Main Water Supply System From The Yovkovtsi Dam Area In The Section From The Town Of Veliko Tarnovo Through The Village Of Novo Selo To The Village Of Emen. 1. Preparation Of An Investment Project For Reconstruction Of The Main Water Pipeline From The Bc Zone Yovkovtsi Reservoir In The Section From The Town Of Veliko Tarnovo Through The Village Of Novo Selo To The Village Of Emen In The Technical Phase, According To The Requirements Of The Technical Specification/Design Assignment, The Law On Territorial Planning And The Current Regulations Applicable To The Site. The Project Should Be Developed To The Extent Of Complete Implementation Of All Smr, Including Detailed Quantitative Accounts In All Specialties, To Ensure The Possibility Of Awarding Construction Through A Procedure Under The Public Procurement Act. The Investment Project Must Be Prepared In A Technical Phase With A Scope And Content At Least In Accordance With The Normative Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4/2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects; The Applicable Parts, Accompanied By The Necessary Specifications And Detailed Bills Of Quantities, Which Include All Construction And Installation Activities, Including The Previous Dismantling And Other Related Activities For The Site. Additional Drawings, Schemes Or Specifications Of Materials, Details, Implementation Systems Or Specifications Of Selected Finished Products Should Be Provided Upon Request By The Contracting Authority, The General Purpose Of The Project Is To Achieve Compliance Of The Water Supply Network With The National And European Legislation In The Field Of Drinking Water. The Implementation Of The Planned Reconstruction Of The Water Main Will Lead To A Significant Reduction Of Water Losses Along The Route In Question, Providing Water To The Affected Residents And Reducing Operating Costs. At The Moment, The Water Supply System, Subject To The Current Public Order, Provides Water For 10 Villages In The Veliko Tarnovo District. Given The Ongoing Drought In Recent Years, The City Of Veliko Tarnovo Is At Risk Of Water Supply. The Continuity Of Water Supply For The Population.The Connection Of The City Of Veliko Tarnovo With The Alexander Stamboliyski Dam Is Among The Main Priorities For Providing Additional Water Quantities To The City.
