The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services, Consisting In: Preparation On The Contractors Equipment, Delivery To The Place Of Distribution And Serving Of Meals And Drinks In The Form Of: Coffee Service, Coffee Service With Snacks, Buffet Lunch And Dinners During Meetings And Conferences Organized By The Social Insurance Institution Headquarters At The Headquarters At Ul. Szamocka 3.5 In Warsaw. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 11 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Allocates The Following Amount To Finance The Order: Pln 1,082,346.69 Including Vat.
