Repair And Maintenance Services Of Central Heating - Operation, Maintenance, Technical Repairs To Thermal Power Plants With Powers Greater Than 70Kw And Their Related Thermal Installations On The Srcf Constanta Radius. The Operation/Maintenance/Repair Service Of The Thermal Power Plants In The Units Of The Cf Constanta Regional Will Be Purchased, For A Period Of 24 Months, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specifications No. 16/1163/06.08.2025. The Purpose Of The Purchase Is To Ensure The Operation Of The Thermal Power Plants With Powers Over 70 Kw Within The Designed Parameters. The Locations Where The Thermal Power Plants Operate Are: 1. Mangalia Station, 2. Sr Cf Constanta Headquarters, 3. Section L 1 Port Constanta, 4. Pc 1 Port Constanta Building, 5. Palas Station, 6. At Palas District, 7. Tulcea Marfuri Station, 8. Ced Medgidia, 9. Medgidia Station, 10. Fetesti Station, 11. Traffic Regulator Fetesti, 12. Tandare Station, 13. Ciulnita Station, 14. Calarasi Sud Station, 15. Slobozia Veche Station. The Service Involves: Ensuring The Heating Of Spaces And The Production Of Domestic Hot Water (Where Applicable), As Well As Daily Maintenance, Planned And/Or Accidental Repairs, Interventions In Case Of Breakdowns, At The Thermal Power Plants And Heating Installations Of The Buildings Stated Above. The Category Of Repairs Also Includes The Checks/Revisions Imposed By Legislation, Both On The Heating Plant And On The Component Parts (Expansion Vessels, Safety Valves, Etc.). The Exploitation, Maintenance, Technical Repairs Of The Thermal Power Plants With Powers Greater Than 70Kw And The Related Thermal Installations Will Be Ensured By A Provider According To The Regulations In Force. The Provider Will Be Authorized According To The Legislation In Force. • Minimum Quantities Of Framework Agreement (Duration 24 Months): 500 Repair Hours And 150 Technical Inspections (2 Years X 5 Months X 15 Locations); • Maximum Quantities Of Framework Agreement (Duration 24 Months): 800 Repair Hours And 150 Technical Inspections (2 Years X 5 Months X 15 Locations); • Minimum Subsequent Contract Quantities (Duration 12 Months): 250 Repair Hours And 75 Technical Inspections (1 Year X 5 Months X 15 Locations); • Maximum Subsequent Contract Quantities (Duration 12 Months): 400 Hours Of Repairs And 75 Technical Inspections (1 Year X 5 Months X 15 Locations).
