Refuse Collection Services – Collection, Transport And Unloading Of Voluntary Drop-Off Points For Glass, Paper, Household Waste And Packaging. This Framework Agreement Concerns The Selective Collection Of Glass And Paper At Voluntary Drop-Off Points (Pav), Household Waste And Packaging At Access-Controlled Pavs Throughout The Territory Of The Community Of Municipalities, As Well As Transport And Unloading To The Emptying Locations. It Also Includes The Following Services: The Movement Of Existing Pavs And The Installation Of New Pavs That Can Operate Throughout The Territory Of Pays Des Achards; - Field Reconnaissance And Technical Consultation For The Establishment Of New Voluntary Drop-Off Points (Service Carried Out At The Request Of The Community); - The Replacement Of Out-Of-Service Or Damaged Pavs With New Pavs Belonging To The Community Of Municipalities, And The Emptying Then Replacement Of The Columns Urgently If A Fire Is Declared; - The Collection Of Waste At The Foot Of The Pavs If They Are Of The Same Nature As The Pav Collected, As Well As The Sweeping Of The Surroundings Of The Pavs Concerned; - The Production Of A Half-Yearly Activity Report And An Annual Report Presenting In Particular The Annual Operating Report.
