Ivago Wishes To Enter Into A Partnership With A Service Provider That Ensures The Circular Processing (Collection, Collection, Acquisition And Effective Recycling) Of Mattresses Delivered To The 6 Recycling Parks And/Or Collected Door-To-Door. The Services Are Provided In Accordance With The Rules And Regulations Drawn Up By Valumat. The Collaboration Is Entered Into For A Period Of Three Years And Can Be Extended By 1 Year. The Service Will Start On January 1, 2026. The Tenderer Must Provide A Circular, Total Logistics Solution And This Assignment Includes: - Sufficient And Timely Delivery (Plus Management: Timely Emptying And Repair Where Necessary) Of The Manually (By 1 Person) Movable Collection Racks For The 6 Ivago Recycling Parks Corresponding To The Expected Tonnage. - The Weekly Transport Of The Contents Of These Collection Racks From The 6 Recycling Parks To The Processing Location. - The Processing Plant Itself, Where All Mattresses Are Separated Into The Various Recyclable Fractions (Including Pur, Latex, Metal, Wood, Textile Fractions, Etc.) And The Further Compliant, Circular Processing Of All These Partial Flows, Including The Residual Fraction. The Assignment Concerns The Complete Processing Of This Material Flow. In Other Words, The Provider Must Demonstrate That He Optimally Transforms The Waste Material (Both Mattresses With Metal Springs And Those Without Springs) Into The Various Sub-Fractions, Raw Materials, Which In Themselves Can Be Used Almost Directly For The Production Of Finished Products, With Qualities That Meet European Standards, As Well As The Most Circular Processing Method Possible For All By-Products And Residue Flows That May Be Released During This Recycling Process. All Transports Must Also Be Done As Efficiently As Possible, From The Processing Plant To The Various Final Processors.
