The Subject Of The Order Is: Waste Management With Code: 15 01 01 - Paper And Cardboard Packaging 15 01 02 - Plastic Packaging 20 01 39 - Plastics 20 01 01 - Paper And Cardboard Estimated Amount Of Waste: 15 01 01 - Paper And Cardboard Packaging, 20 01 01 - Paper And Cardboard – 650 [Mg]. 15 01 02 – Plastic Packaging, 20 01 39 – Plastics – 2000 [Mg]. Estimated Amount Of Waste To Be Managed: 2650 [Mg]. Stream Of Waste Collected From Households, Public Utility Units And Companies Under Signed Contracts Or Public Procurement. Waste Will Be Delivered To The Contractor On Business Days, Monday To Friday, From 7:00 A.M. To 9:00 P.M., Excluding Public Holidays. Waste Weighing Will Take Place At The Ordering Partys Premises At The Waste Management Plant (Zzo) In Nowy Sącz At Ul. Tarnowska 120 On An On-Ramp Scale With A Capacity Of 50 T And Dimensions Of 18 M X 3 M. Waste Will Be Transported To The Waste Collection Site By Means Of Transport Organized By The Ordering Party And At Its Expense. The Ordering Party Determines The Maximum Distance Subject To Scoring In The Procedure From The Waste Management Plant (Zzo) Nowy Sącz Ul. Tarnowska 120 To The Waste Collection Point (Measured By Public Roads Passable For Trucks, Not Internal Or Field Roads, Etc., We Do Not Measure In A Straight Line) Up To 200 Km. The Offer Form (Appendix No. 1 To Swz) Should Indicate Only One Waste Collection Place: 15 01 01, 15 01 02, 20 01 01, 20 01 39. If The Contractor Indicates More Than One Waste Collection Place, The Offer Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5) Public Procurement Law - Its Content Is Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract.
