The Subject Of The Order Is: Waste Management With Code 20 03 01 - Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste From The Waste Management Plant (Zzo) In Nowy Sącz At Ul. Tarnowska 120. Estimated Amount Of Waste To Be Managed: 12,000 [Mg]. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Amount Of Waste Determined In This Way Is An Indicative Amount And The Management Of Waste In An Amount Less Than 12,000 [Mg] Does Not Give Rise To Any Liability On The Part Of The Ordering Party, Provided That The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Transfer At Least 2,500 [Mg] Of Waste To The Contractor For Management Purposes, And For Failure To Transfer This Minimum Amount, The Ordering Party Shall Be Liable For Damages On The General Principles Provided For By Generally Applicable Law. The Minimum Threshold Of Waste That The Ordering Party Will Hand Over To The Contractor For Management Is 2,500 Mg. Waste Will Be Delivered To The Contractor On Business Days, Monday To Friday, From 7:00 A.M. To 9:00 P.M., Excluding Public Holidays. Stream Of Waste Collected From Households, Public Utility Units And Companies With Which Nova Sp. Z O. O. Has Signed Contracts Or Implemented Public Procurement. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Make An On-Site Inspection And Take A Sample Of The Waste In Question. Weighing Of Waste With Code 20 03 01 Will Take Place At The Ordering Partys Premises At The Waste Management Plant (Zzo) In Nowy Sącz At Ul. Tarnowska 120 On An Inrun Scale With A Capacity Of 50 T And Dimensions Of 18 M X 3 M. Transport Of Waste To The Waste Fraction Management Installation 20/03/01 Will Be Carried Out By Means Of Transport Organized By The Ordering Party And At Its Expense. The Ordering Party Specifies The Maximum Distance From The Waste Management Plant (Zzo) Nowy Sącz Ul. Tarnowska 120 To The Waste Management Installation (Measured By Public Roads Passable For Trucks, Not Internal Or Field Roads, Etc., We Do Not Measure In A Straight Line) Up To 300 Km. Additional Requirements Of The Ordering Party: 1. The Ordering Party Informs That Submitting An Offer Does Not Have To Be Preceded By An On-Site Visit Or Checking The Documents Relating To The Order At The Ordering Partys Disposal, Which Will Be Made Available To Entities Willing To Participate In The Procedure.
