1. This Rfp Is Open To All Interested Vendors. 2. The City Of Calgary, Transit Service Vehicles Division, Requires A Qualified Vendor To Provide Operator Seat Rebuilding Services For Its Transit Fleet. This Service Will Apply To Both Large Buses And Shuttle Vehicles.3. This Procurement Process Is Not Intended To Create, And, Will Not Create, A Formal, Legally Binding Bidding Process. It Will Instead Be Governed By The Law Applicable To Direct Commercial Negotiations. 4. The Agreements Will Be For An Initial Term Of Two (2) Years. The Agreements May Be Renewed, Two (2) Times For Two (2) Years Each Time, Not To Exceed Six (6) Years In Total.
