Financial Systems Software Package – Acquisition, Implementation, Maintenance In Operational Condition And Security And Associated Services Of A Financial Management Tool For The Towns Of Vaulx-En-Velin And Vénissieux. This Contract Is A Single-Awarder Framework Agreement Implemented By The Issuance Of Purchase Orders Within The Meaning Of Articles R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Estimated Maximum Amount Of The Contract Is 600,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax, Or 720,000 Euro(S) Including Tax For An Execution Period Of 1 Year, Renewable 3 Times For Periods Of The Same Duration By Tacit Renewal, I.E. A Total Duration Of 4 Years. Only One Batch. A Variation Is Authorized, Limited Exclusively To The Mode Of Hosting The Solution. The Conditions For Presentation And Delivery Of This Variant Are Specified In The Consultation Regulations (Rc)
