Considering The Provisions Of Law No. 98/ 2016 And Government Decision No. 395/2016, The Iaşi County Council, As The Contracting Authority, Specifies That It Will Conclude A Contract With The Bidder Declared The Winner To The Extent That There Will Be Funds Available For The Purchase, Respectively Non-Refundable Funds, By Extending The Duration Of The Financing Contract No. 12001/ 12.09.2023 And Of The Implementation Period Of The Project Purchase Of Electric Microbuses For Students In Iaşi County. Currently, The Duration Of The Financing Contract No. 12001/ 12.09.2023 And The Implementation Period Of The Project Is 31.12.2025. If, Regardless Of The Reasons, This Procedure Is Completed On A Date That Does Not Allow The Supply Of The Products Within A Maximum Period Of 45 Calendar Days From The Date Of Issuance Of The Administrative Order To Start The Delivery Of The Contractual Goods By The Beneficiary, And The Financing Contract Is Not Extended After 31.12.2025, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Apply The Provisions Of Art. 212 Para. (1) Lit. C) The Second Sentence Of Law No. 98/2016, It Being Impossible To Conclude The Public Procurement Contract.
