The Seller Must Have A Valid Contract, I.E. The So-Called General Distribution Agreement With The Local Distribution System Operator (Hereinafter Referred To As Dso), Under Which Electricity Can Be Sold Via The Distribution Network Of This Dso To All Facilities Of The Ordering Party. 3. The Procedure For Changing The Electricity Supplier Is Carried Out Once Again. The Current Electricity Seller Is Elektra S.A. Based In Warsaw. 4. The Operator Of The Ordering Partys Distribution Network Is Enea Operator Sp. Z O. O. Based In Poznań, Under An Agreement Concluded For An Indefinite Period. 5. The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Have A License For The Production, Trade, Transmission Or Distribution Of Electricity Issued By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office. 6. The Supply Of Electricity That Is The Subject Of These Proceedings Does Not Include The Provision Of Energy Distribution Services. 7. Electricity Will Be Supplied Under The Conditions Specified In The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997 (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended), The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, And In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of March 22, 2023 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System (Journal Of Laws Of 2025 Item 919), The Sellers Electricity Tariff, The Tariff For The Electricity Distribution Services Of The Relevant Distribution System Operator (Dso Tariff), The Distribution Network Operation And Operation Manual (Iriesd) And Generally Applicable Legal Regulations. 8. The Subject Of The Order During The Implementation Period Includes The Supply Of Electricity In Accordance With The Applicable Quality Parameters Of Electricity Established In The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended), And In Particular In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of March 22, 2023 On The Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 919). The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With Quality Standards Of Customer Service, In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Energy Law. In The Event Of Failure To Meet Service Quality Standards Regarding The Sale Of Energy, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To A Discount - In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of November 29, 2022 On The Method Of Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And The Method Of Settlement In Electricity Trade (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 904, As Amended) Or In Any Subsequent Legal Act Regarding Quality Service Standards. 9. The Electricity Seller To Whom This Order Is Awarded Will Be Obliged To Conclude An Agreement For The Repurchase And Balancing Of Electricity Generated In The Installation.
