The Main Services Contracted Are The Following: - Technical Advice. - Global Management Of The Service And The Documentation Associated With It: Reports, Evaluations, Certificates, Etc. - Mandatory Technical-Legal Maintenance Work: Maintenance Or Safety Operations To Be Carried Out In The Facilities Of Annex I Of The Particular Technical Prescriptions Document, Which, In Accordance With The Specifications Required By Regulations, Must Be Carried Out. - Preventive Maintenance Work: Inspections Of The State Of Operation Through Periodic Examination Of Compliance With The Conditions Of Use Of The Elements And Facilities Subject To The Contract. This Type Of Maintenance Includes Those Actions That, As A Result Of The Inspections, Are Considered Necessary To Prevent Breakdowns. - Corrective Maintenance Work: Repair Tasks Necessary To Restore The Normal Functioning Of Any Element Or Installation That Is The Subject Of The Contract. The Existing Facilities In Each Of The Centers Included In The Maintenance Service Required In Annex I Of The Particular Technical Prescription Document (Hereinafter Pptp) Are Listed. The Scope Of The Services Of This Contract, Which Are Set Out And Developed In The Pptp, Will Include The Performance Of All Necessary Maintenance To Guarantee The Correct Functioning Of The Aforementioned Facilities, So As To Ensure Their Total Availability At All Times, In Accordance With The Provisions Required In The Current Applicable Regulations.
