Repair And Maintenance Services Of Firefighting Equipment – ​​Preventive, Corrective And Mandatory Maintenance Service Of The Fire Protection Facilities Of The Iass Centers. This Is A Service That Must Respond To The Minimum Requirements Established In The Current Applicable Regulations, Taking Into Account The Characteristics And Particularities Of The Facilities Of Each Of The Centers That Are The Subject Of This Contract.. The Main Services Contracted Are The Following: - Technical Advice. - Global Management Of The Service And The Documentation Associated With It: Reports, Evaluations, Certificates, Etc. - Mandatory Technical-Legal Maintenance Work: Maintenance Or Safety Operations To Be Carried Out In The Facilities Of Annex I Of The Particular Technical Prescriptions Document, Which, In Accordance With The Specifications Required By Regulations, Must Be Carried Out. - Preventive Maintenance Work: Inspections Of The State Of Operation Through Periodic Examination Of Compliance With The Conditions Of Use Of The Elements And Facilities Subject To The Contract. This Type Of Maintenance Includes Those Actions That, As A Result Of The Inspections, Are Considered Necessary To Prevent Breakdowns. - Corrective Maintenance Work: Repair Tasks Necessary To Restore The Normal Functioning Of Any Element Or Installation That Is The Subject Of The Contract. It Must Be Taken Into Account That Such Repairs Will Be Within It As Long As They Meet The Economic Limits Of The Corrective Repairs Concept Offered By The Successful Bidder Company; On The Other Hand, If Their Cost Exceeds These Limits Or, If Applicable, Has Not Been Offered, It Will Be Considered A Repair External To This Contract And The Obligations Of The Successful Bidder Company Linked To It, Which Are Limited To Preparing A Technical Report On The Breakdown And The Corresponding Budgeted Repair Proposal. The Iass Reserves The Right To Request Offers And Contract Repairs To Third Parties, Through Its Corresponding Contracting File. - Assume, At No Cost To The Administration, The Mandatory Re-Stamping Of All Equipped Fire Extinguishers And Fire Hydrants. - Keep All Inspections That Must Be Carried Out By Control Organizations (Co) Up To Date, Due To The Requirements Of The Current Standard And Taking Into Account The Technical Characteristics Of The Facilities, Including Contracting And Payment For Them, As Well As Processing Of Inspection Reports. The Existing Facilities In Each Of The Centers Included In The Maintenance Service Required In Annex I Of The Particular Technical Prescription Document (Hereinafter Pptp) Are Listed. The Scope Of The Services Of This Contract, Which Are Set Out And Developed In The Pptp, Will Include The Performance Of All Necessary Maintenance To Guarantee The Correct Functioning Of The Aforementioned Facilities, So As To Ensure Their Total Availability At All Times, In Accordance With The Provisions Required In The Current Applicable Regulations.
