Tenders are invited for Consultancy: Transformative Impact Fund (TIF) Consolidating and Elevating Impact. Closing Date: 31 Oct 2025 Type: Consultancy Scope of consultancy The Consultant will work with key internal contacts to design an appropriate evaluation methodology based on their understanding of the expectations of the terms of reference and with consideration of ActionAids story telling guidance and feminist approach. The process will include, but is not limited to: Reading existing reports Working with focal people to reflect on and develop emerging stories Sharing these stories in an engaging way Objectives To co-create a space and process for learning and reflection within each TIF programme and between programmes with key internal contacts To use ActionAids story telling guidance as a framing with which to review existing TIF reports and to work with TIF focal people to weave together a story from each programme which explores impact by elevating the voices of local story tellers and which connects local, national, regional and global work. To use photos TIF focal people have uploaded onto the stories hub (our internal database for collecting data related to stories) to visualise stories. To share learning on the process by writing a reflection piece, which can be edited into a blog, on the process of working with TIF focal people and the GS team to weave together stories. Deliverables A power point or other visual representation of a story from each project, each accompanied by a high quality photo or visual, elevating local voices and accompanying these with narrative from solidarity work at national and regional levels, and in line with ActionAids approach. A reflection piece, which can be edited into a blog, on the process of working with TIF focal people and the GS team to weave together stories.
