The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is: Construction Of A New Roundabout At The Intersection Of Road Iii-502 Polski Trumbesh - Obedinenie - Iii-405 At Km 11+516 With Road Iii-504 Samovodene - Obedinenie - Alekovo. The Road Section Is Located In Polski Trambesh Municipality, Veliko Tarnovo District. It Was Formed By The Intersection Of Two Republican Roads - Road Iii-502 And Iii-504. The Beginning Of The Survey Section Along Iii-504 Samovodene - Obedinenie - Alekovo Is Km 25+400, And The End Is Km 26+488.50. The Beginning Of The Survey Section On Iii-502 Polski Trumbesh - Unification - Iii-405 Is Km 10+980, And The End Is Km 12+055. The Intersection Of The Two Road Sections Is At Km 11+516 – On Road Iii-502 And Km 25+948.70 On Road Iii-405. The Purpose Of The Project Is To Improve The Passage Of Motor Vehicles And Pedestrians Through The Intersection By Developing A Roundabout In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance Rd-02-20-2 Of 2017 For Planning And Designing The Communication And Transport System In Urbanized Areas. The Newly Designed Roundabout Has The Following Characteristics: Radius Of The Outer Circle 29M, Width Of The Pavement 8.50M And Radius Of The Inner Circle 6.0M. Design Speed In The Open Road Vpr = 50 Km/H, Design Speed Of Movement In The Approach Vpr = 30 Km/H. New Asphalt-Concrete Pavement: The Pavement Is Dimensioned, And The Dimensioning Is Presented In Appendix 1 To This Documentation. Dimensioning Is For En = 209 Mpa, According To The Design Specification. Under The Pavement, It Is Planned To Build Zone A From Materials Group A-1 With A Layer Thickness Of 50 Cm And An Elastic Modulus Of The Surface E0= 45 Mpa. The Structural Layers - In The Middle Of The Road Lanes Are: - Wearing Layer Of Dense Asphalt Concrete Type A With Pmb 45/80-65 - 4 Cm E1 = 1200 Mpa - Asphalt Mixture For The Lower Layer Of The Coating 0/20 (Binder) - 4 Cm E2 = 1000 Mpa - Asphalt Mixture For The Main Layer Type Ao - 8 Cm E3 = 800 Mpa - Road Base Of Rock Material With A Continuous Grain Size (0 – 63 Mm), - Untreated With A Binder - 44 Cm E4=350 Mpa - Zone A Of Materials Group A-1 - 50 Cm Overlaying: The Overlaying Will Be Carried Out As Follows - From Km 25+900 To Km 25+922.30 For Road Iii-504 And From Km 11+535.13 To Km 11+551.45 For Road Iii-502. The Overlay Consists Of Two Asphalt Concrete Layers: - A Wearing Layer Of Dense Asphalt Concrete Type A With Pmb 45/80-65 - 4 Cm E1 = 1200 Mpa - Asphalt Mixture For The Bottom Layer Of The Coating 0/20 (Binder) - Min. 4 Cm E2 = 1000 Mpa Pavement Pavement: The Sidewalks Will Be Filled With The Following Structural Layers: - Pavement From Concrete Slabs With A Thickness Of 5 Cm; - Base Of Earth-Moist Concrete C 6/8 With A Thickness Of 5 Cm; - Crushed Stone Base With Continuous Grain Size 0-40 With A Thickness Of 10 Cm. In The Culvert, It Is Planned To Drain The Ф400 Mm Rain Collector From The Roundabout. The Bottom Of The Drain Is Lined With Concrete Class C25/30. Drainage Of The Road Surface Is Solved With A Rainwater Collector - Collector 1 - Discharged Into The New Rectangular Drain And Collector 2 - Discharged Into The Channel To The Right Of The Road
