Plasterboard Works – Osnabrück District Hall / Comprehensive Building Renovation And Modernization (1St Ba) - Drywall Work (Ve 1.328). For The Osnabrück District Center, Which Was Built In The Early 1980S, It Was Determined That The Building Needed To Be Extensively Renovated, Resulting From Changed Requirements For The Building Or Changed Legal Framework Conditions And Regulations. The Osnabrück District Is Therefore Planning A Comprehensive Renovation And Modernization Of Its District Headquarters. The Implementation Of This Construction Measure Is Divided Into Four Construction Phases And Is Carried Out At Different Times. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Drywall Work Required For The First Construction Phase. Implementation Is Expected To Begin In January 2026. The Main Services Are: * Approx. 3,000 Sqm Of Drywalls * Approx. 4,500 Sqm Of Acoustic / Suspended Ceiling * Approx. 8,000 M Of Ceiling Frieze * Approx. 13 Partition Wall Systems The Following Minimum Requirements Apply To The Suitability (Performance) Of The Bidders: * Annual Turnover Of The Last Three Years: At Least 800,000 Eur Per Year * Total Number Of Employees: At Least 6 * Reference Projects: At Least One Completed Reference Project In An Office Building With A Contract Value Of At Least Eur 750,000 (Net) And At Least Two Completed Reference Projects With A Contract Value Of At Least Eur 250,000 (Net).
