Structural Shell Work – Ludwigslust-Parchim District - New Fire Service Center In Neustadt-Glewe - Lot 303 - Extended Shell (Bt 2). The Fire Brigade Service Center Is Planned In Neustadt-Glewe. The Ludwigslust-Parchim District Will Be Building The Shell For Component 2 (Testing Stations, Workshops & Storage) From January 2026. The Scope Of The Lot Includes The Additional Earthworks For Filling/Filling The Excavation Pit And The Structure, The Reinforced Concrete Work For The Foundation, Walls, Ceilings And Prefabricated Parts, The Sealing Work, The Masonry Work For Interior Walls, The Roof Trusses Made Of Glued Laminated Timber And The Trapezoidal Sheet Metal Ceiling Shells For The Roof Covering. Earthworks: - Approx. 1500 M3 Of Ground Filling Reinforced Concrete Work - Approx. 850M3 Of Reinforced Concrete For The Foundation Base, - Approx. 150M3 Of Reinforced Concrete For External Walls, - Approx. 500M3 Of Reinforced Concrete For Ceilings - Prefabricated Parts For Staircases And Landings Sealing Work - Approx. 1000M2 Of Internal Sealing Masonry Work - Approx. 3800M2 Of Internal Walls - Approx. 1500M2 External Walls Roof Construction - Approx. 2200M2 Trapezoidal Sheet Metal Ceiling Shell - Approx. 200M3 Glued Laminated Timber Trusses
