To achieve the project objectives, NABAA is planning to procure refreshments on a regular basis during the project implementation period. How to apply Bid Requirements Suppliers must submit an offer that includes: - Legal documents - Financial proposal detailing unit prices in USD, applicable taxes, and the total price, along with the offer validity period and terms of payment. - Technical proposal detailing the specifications of items Additional Notes: o All bank charges (local and international) are the responsibility of the supplier. o NABAA will not cover customs or facilitation fees. o Packaging and delivery to NABAA must be completed within 7-10 days of the purchase order.
