Expression of Interest are invited for Long-term follow-up survey for the WFP Niger Resilience Program Description: DECDI is seeking an experienced survey firm to conduct a long-term follow-up household survey for the Impact Evaluation of the WFP resilience program in Niger. The firm will manage two rounds of surveys in 2026 - one in January-February and another in August-September. The survey sample is 4,714 households across the regions of Diffa, Dosso, and Tahoua. The firm will be responsible for questionnaire piloting, field procedure planning, recruiting and training data collection staff, data collection (using SurveyCTO on Android tablets), and rigorous supervision and quality control. The firm must have proven experience in household surveys for impact evaluations in Niger, especially in fragile contexts, and strong electronic data management skills. Deliverables include clearances, piloted instruments, training materials, weekly progress reports, responses from quality checks, and a final field report, with payments linked to deliverable approval.
