Prequalifications are invited for Catering and Event Support Services Service Categories: Category 1: Comprehensive Event Support Services- includes provision of: Catering for events hosting 100+ participants, Conference Hall rental, and Accommodation arrangements. Category 2: On-Site Staff Catering Services Provision of daily lunch for 50-60 staff members, delivered and served at The Carter Center Juba town office premises every Monday through Friday. Service should include food preparation, delivery, setup, and cleanup, with adherence to hygiene and quality standards. Objectives: The purpose of this EOI is to: To partner with professional suppliers that are highly skilled and responsive, with effective customer service representatives. To achieve the most advantageous tender outcome, while receiving the highest level of quality and value for money. Establish a prequalified vendor list for future procurement. Explore the potential for framework agreements or contracts. Eligibility Criteria: Interested parties must submit: Company profile Valid business registration and operating license. Certificate of registration Tax clearance certificate or equivalent. Article of association page that displays ownership breakdown. Evidence of past performance in similar supply contracts and a minimum of 2 recommendations. Official Business physical, postal, telephone, and email addresses Product catalog or specifications. Manufacturer authorization (if applicable). Bank Statement for the last 6 months. Delivery timelines and capacity. Submission Guidelines: All EOIs must be submitted in English. All application documents must be enclosed in a single large outer envelope clearly labeled with the reference number. Inside the outer envelope, each category-specific submission must be sealed separately in its own envelope and clearly marked with the respective category name (e.g., Category 1: Event Support Services or Category 2: On-Site Staff Catering Services). This is to ensure proper differentiation and handling during the evaluation process.
