Install Supply And Install New Beam And Post As Per Chalten Engineering S011 Rev B (8 1/2 X 24 Glulam) Post (8X8 D Fir ) Plus Quad Lock.( Detail No 3 ) Apply Cement Parging And Waterproofing Coating To All The Supporting Columns Including All Wall Preparation And Installation Of External Render Beads Were Required. Allow P01 And P09 To Be Covered With Heavy Duty Metal Flashing ( Install New 22-Gauge Cap Flashing) Colour To Be Confirmed Later. Cut Back The Existing Roofing Package To Beams P01 And P09 Allowing For New Roofing- Curb And Flashing. Remove And Reinstate Existing 3” And 2” Downspouts On Po3. After The Stone Cladding Has Been Removed At The Base Of The 12 Supporting Columns Allow For An In-Place Pour Of Concrete Frame At The Base To Match Existing Ffl.
