Bids Are To Be Submitted Via The Countys Eprocurement Portal Via Https://Procurement.Opengov.Com/Portal/Dekalbcountyga Prior To 3:00 Pm On Friday, November 21, 2025. Late Bids Will Not Be Accepted.Project Work Includes A Turnkey Design-Build For A Canopy Over The Existing Loading Dock On The Northeast End Of The North Transfer Station Located At 4600 Buford Highway, Chamblee, Ga 30341. The Purpose Of This Canopy Is To Minimize Rainwater On The Existing Dock Which Is Used To Facilitate And Improve The Efficiency Of Loading The Transfer Trailers Used To Transport Msw And Yard Debris From The Transfer Station.Additionally, Repairs Are Required To The Existing Transfer Station Concrete ¿Tipping¿ Floor, Where Material Is Unloaded By Collection Trucks And Transferred To The Transfer Trailers By Rubber-Tire Loaders. The Estimated Area To Be Repaired Is 20 Percent Of The Floor Area.
