Christian School Association Amsterdam-Zuid, Location Hildebrand Van Loonschool, Is Preparing For Renovation At Its Location At Hondecoeterstraat 6 In Amsterdam. The Preliminary Design Is Drawn Up By The Design Team, Consisting Of An Architect, Constructor, Installation Consultant (E & W Installations, Acoustics And Building Physics) And Construction Cost Expert. The Final Design Is Further Developed Within A Construction Team. The Construction Team Consists Of The Design Team Supplemented With The Construction Contractor. After Completion Of The Do Phase, The Technical Design And Execution Ready Design Is Further Developed And Realized In An Engineering & Build Agreement. For The Contribution To The Construction Team And The Execution Of The Architectural, Constructive And Installation Work, The Contracting Authority Intends To Select One Tenderer (Construction Contractor) And Has Launched A European Non-Public Tender Procedure For This Purpose.
