Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Net Active Electrical Energy - Low Voltage At Freely Negotiable Prices And Choice Of The Coordinator Of The Balancing Group For Objects Of The Municipality Of Bozurishte
The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Net Active Low-Voltage Electrical Energy And The Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator, For Objects Of The Municipality Of Bozhurishte Located On Its Territory, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Electricity Trade Rules (Ptee). The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Select A Supplier Of Low-Voltage Electricity And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, By Concluding A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Article 20 Of The Ptee, Namely, Purchase Of Electricity And Payment Of All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer: Access To The Power Transmission And/Or Power Distribution Network, Transfer Of Power Through The Power Transmission And/Or Power Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Payment Of Amounts Due For Network Services For The Relevant Price Period. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Also Includes: Preparation Of Documents And Registration For The Initial Change Of Supplier; Planning And Forecasting On Behalf Of The Employer; Preparation And Submission Of Hourly Freight Schedules On Behalf Of The Employer, With Risks Related To Forecasting And Imbalances Remaining At The Contractors Expense, And Participation In The Company Balancing Group. In The Capacity Of Standard Balancing Group Coordinator, The Contractor Shall Take Responsibility For Balancing The Clients Sites, Include The Client As A Participant (Indirect Member) In A Standard Balancing Group With The Contractors Coordinator, Without The Client Paying A Participation Fee, And Provide Forecasting Of The Clients Consumption, Including The Administration Of The Hourly Schedules Of The Clients Consumption. The Total Estimated Amount Of Delivered Net Active Electrical Energy For The Sites Of The Contracting Authority For The Previous 12 (Twelve) Months Is 907,692.34 Kwh.
