The Delivery Of Office Materials For The Performance Of The Official Duties Of The Employees Of The Sdvr And The Legal Powers Of The Directorate Includes: Folder Cardboard File Bookbinding - 30,000 Pieces; Cardboard Folder With Typewriter - 30,000 Pieces; Document Folder, A4 Format, Back Width 7.5 Cm - 500 Pieces; Document Folder, A4 Format, Spine Width 5 Cm - 200 Pieces; Paper Clips Small 30 Mm - 5000 Boxes; Paper Clips Sizes 50 Mm - 100 Boxes. The Specified Quantities Are Estimated, Determined On The Basis Of Previous Consumption By The Contracting Authority And An Analysis Of Possible Future Needs. The Actual Quantities Of Office Materials Requested For Delivery May Be Less Or More Than Indicated And Will Be Determined According To The Consumption Of The Contracting Authority Until The Estimated Value Of The Order Is Reached. Incidentally And If Necessary, The Contracting Authority May Request The Delivery Of Goods Outside The Above-Mentioned Scope Of The Public Procurement (Stationery Included In The List Of Goods Under Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Law On Public Procurement, Determined By Decision No. 591/18.07.2016 Of The Council Of Ministers Of The Republic Of Bulgaria).
