The Order Includes Activities On Construction Of Building-Integrated Photovoltaic Power Plants (Pec) For Own Needs On The Roof Structures Of Buildings Owned By The Municipality Of Kubrat Under Separate Positions: Separate Position No. 1 Construction Of A Building-Integrated Photovoltaic Power Plant Up To 54 Kw For Own Needs And Local Storage Facilities, Located On The Roof Of The Cplr Building - Maxim Gorky Student Dormitory, Stratsin Street No. 4, Kubrat Separate Position No. 2 Construction Of A Building-Integrated Photovoltaic Power Plant Up To 54 Kw For Own Needs And Local Storage Facilities, Located On The Roof Of A Social Care Institution Building, Stratsin St. No. 1, Kubrat Separate Position No. 3 Construction Of A Building-Integrated Photovoltaic Power Plant Up To 250 Kw For Own Needs And The Facilities For Local Storage, Located On The Roof Of The Mbal-Kubrat Building, In Land With Identifier 40422.505.3111 According To The Code Of Civil Procedure Of The City Of Kubrat, Knyaz Boris I Street No. 22 In Fulfillment Of The Construction Contracts, The Selected Contractor Is Expected To Carry Out The Following Activities: 1. Lawful, High-Quality And Timely Initiation, Implementation And Completion Of Construction, Including The Supply Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Labor And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And Investment Projects, According To The Law On Territorial Planning And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, All Other Valid Legal Documents And Contracts For The Execution Of The Public Procurement; 2. Obtaining All Necessary Opinions And Permits Necessary To Carry Out His Work, According To Bulgarian Legislation; 3. Storage And Provision, Upon Request By The Other Participants In The Construction Or By A Control Body, Of The Documents Drawn Up During The Construction And Other Technical Documentation On The Execution Of The Constructions; 4. Samples And Tests Upon Completion Of The Construction And Installation Works, Where Necessary; 5. Removal Of All Detected Defects Within The Warranty Period. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Described In Detail In The Technical Specifications (Appendices No. 1, No. 2 And No. 3) And The Bill Of Quantities (Bom For Op No. 1, Op No. 2, Op No. 3), Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation.
