The Contracting Of The “Agreement For The Supply Of Hip Prosthesis Systems For Caplc Patients” Is Required, The Technical Characteristics And Specific Conditions Of Which Are Detailed In Points 1.3 And 1.4 Of These Rules. The Term Of The Contract Will Be Eighteen 18 Months, With The Possibility Of Renewal For An Additional Period Of Up To Twelve 12 Months, In Accordance With The Same Conditions Established In These Bases. This Tender Is Carried Out Under The Supply Modality, So The Caplc Will Make Periodic Requirements For Inputs According To Its Needs, Until The Maximum Amount Awarded Is Reached Or Until The End Of The Contract, Whichever Occurs First. The Agreement Contemplates The Delivery Of Trauma Prosthetic Systems For The Regular Use Of The Caplc. Since The Number And Type Of Surgical Interventions Cannot Be Determined Exactly - As It Depends On The Specific Diagnosis And Treatment Of Each Patient - It Is Established That The Supplier Must Deliver Complete Sets Or Boxes. However, Payment Will Be Made Only For The Components Actually Used In Each Procedure.
