The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Including The Construction Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In The Gomunice Commune In The Design And Build System. A Detailed Description Of The Facility In Question Can Be Found In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 11 To Swz.2. The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point 1 Will Include In Particular: 1) Development Of Technical Construction And Executive Documentation, Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Decisions On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And Obtaining The Final Decision - A Building Permit. Construction And Executive Documentation Should Be Developed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Attached Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex No. 11 To Swz.2) Execution Of Construction Works: A) Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation (Construction And Executive); B) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation (Including, Among Others, Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates) Together With The Preparation Of An As-Built Survey Report (3 Copies Of The Paper Version And 1 Copy Of The Electronic Version); C) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit (Including The Development Of All Documents Necessary To Obtain An Occupancy Permit).3) Carrying Out Authors Supervision. Due To The Fact That The Task Is Being Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula, After Signing The Contract For The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Project, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Appropriate Powers Of Attorney To The Contractor In Order To Obtain All Necessary Arrangements And Permits, Including Water Permits, If Required. 2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Load-Bearing Capacity Of The Access Road Be Adjusted To The Applicable Construction And Fire Protection Regulations. Electrical And Optical Fibers For Lan Cameras Are Installed In The Hardened Part Of The Sewage Treatment Plant, Therefore, The Existing Surface Should Be Dismantled And, After Carrying Out The Necessary Installations, The Surface Should Be Reconstructed. 4. The Storage Shed Is To Be Equipped With A Lighting System Ensuring The Lighting Intensity In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And With An Electrical Installation, I.E. At Least 230V Electrical Sockets The Shelter Is To Be Equipped With A Lightning Protection System And Monitoring.5. The Ordering Party Requires The Drainage Of Water From The Area Of Such A Size That The Safe Use Of The Constructed Facilities Is Ensured. The Ordering Party Prefers To Drain Rainwater Generated After The Investment To Green Areas Belonging To The Gomunice Commune.6. The Ordering Party Requires The Construction Of Culverts In A Prefab
