The Subject Of The Order Includes All Works Included In The Construction Process, Starting From Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes, Developing And Approving Design Documentation, Along With Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements And Permits, A Building Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection To The Works Performed, Implementation Of Construction Works - To The Extent Necessary To Carry Out Construction Works In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Together With A Surveying Inventory. The Value (Cost) Of The Work On Preparing Design Documentation Cannot Exceed 5% Of The Value (Price) Of The Entire Offer.
