Winter Maintenance Of Roads In The Ujazd Commune Includes Removing The Effects Of Winter Aimed At Increasing Traffic Safety, Including: 1) Clearing Snow From The Entire Width Of Streets, Asphalt Roads, Bus Bays And Maintaining Constant Passability; 2) Removing Winter Slipperiness Using Appropriate Means That Roughen The Surface; 3) Sprinkling Salt After Removing Snow And Ice; Under This Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Clear Snow From Roads (Public And Internal Roads, Streets, Bays Buses) In The Ujazd Commune; 2) Preventing And Removing Slipperiness By Using Agents That Increase Adhesion By Improving Friction (Salt); 3) Removing Snow To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party (In The Event Of Heavy Rainfall); 4) Ensuring 24-Hour Equipment Readiness Duty And Ongoing Monitoring Of The Condition Of Roads As Part Of The Winter Action. The Contractor Must Be Ready To Act 24/7, Including Nights, Weekends And Holidays, To Ensure Safety On Roads.5) Ensuring 24/7 Permanent Telephone Communication With The Ordering Party To Receive Notifications From The Ordering Partys Employee - Order Confirmed By Sms Or E-Mail And Reporting The Situation On The Roads To The Ordering Partys Employee; 6) In The Event Of Intense, Long-Lasting Snowfalls, Strong Winds Causing Snowstorms And Blizzards, Activities Should Be Focused On Ensuring The Passability Of Roads Of The Greatest Importance For Communication; Works Should Be Performed In Such A Way As To Maintain Constant Passability Of The Roads And Not To Hinder Other Users Of The Use Of Roads. From The Roads That Are The Subject Of The Order. The Materials Needed To Complete The Order (Salt) Are Provided By The Contractor. The Salt Must Have Current Opinions And Certificates Confirming The Suitability Of The Salt To Combat Winter Slipperiness On Road Surfaces And Confirming Compliance With Hygiene Requirements. The Contractor Should Use Salt Or Sand Moderately And Effectively To Prevent Icing. The Contractor Must Ensure An Adequate Fleet Of Vehicles And Equipment, Such As Plows, Sand Spreaders, Salt Spreaders, And Ensure Their Regular Inspection And Maintenance. Motor Vehicles Used To Perform Winter Road Maintenance Work Should Be Equipped With A Yellow Flashing Warning Light Signal In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Road Traffic Law. The Contractor Must Provide Appropriate Training And Equipment For Workers To Ensure Their Safety While Performing Winter Road Maintenance Work. It Is The Contractors Responsibility To Provide The Amount Of Equipment That Will Allow Him To Perform The Service In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Recommendations.
