Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: • Development Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Required Consents And Arrangements, • Takeover And Organization Of The Construction Site, • Execution Of Construction Works, • Exercise Of Authors Supervision, • Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Instructions For Use, • Obtaining A Permit For Use Or No Objection To Use. Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Including: • Obtaining All Necessary And Legally Required Documents, Arrangements And Decisions (Including Maps For Design Purposes), Execution, Measurements, Inventory And Research Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of Design Works Together With The Payment Of Related Fees;• Preparation Of All Necessary Technical Expertise Of The Building - If Any;• Preparation Of A Construction Design (Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design);• Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Necessary Arrangements, Permits And Decisions Required By Law, Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of Design Works And Construction Works, Including Obtaining A Building Permit Or Lack Of Objection To The Notification - If Any; • Preparation Of A Multi-Discipline Detailed Design And Any Additional Studies Required For The Proper Execution Of The Task;• It Is Allowed To Combine Project Elements In One Study That Are Not Subject To The Obligation Of Approval By The Architectural And Construction Administration Body (I.E.
