1. The Subject Of The Order Is Supply Of Cold Meats For The Needs Of The Independent Public Health Care Center Of The Spa Sanatorium Of The Ministry Of Interior And Administration In Krynica-Zdrój In The Assortment Specified In Annex No. 7 To Swz. Common Procurement Dictionary: 15131130-5 Wędliny2. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be Understood, In Particular, As The Transfer Of The Products To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party - Cold Stores, Warehouses Located In Rooms Intended For Storing This Type Of Products. 3. Deliveries Will Be Made 5 Times A Week From 6:00 A.M. To 7:00 A.M. 4. The Subject Of The Order Must Comply With Quality Standards (Gmp/Ghp And Haccp). 5. The Costs Of Packaging, Transport, Loading And Unloading At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Or A Person Designated By Him, As Well As Insurance, Are Borne By The Contractor. 6. The Contractor Undertakes To Maintain The Net Prices Specified In The Tender Offer Unchanged Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.7. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With High-Quality, Fresh Goods, With An Appropriate Shelf Life And Meeting The Requirements Set Out In Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448) And Applicable Legal Acts. 8. The Goods Delivered By The Contractor Should Be Appropriately Marked, In Particular In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Minister Of Agriculture And Rural Development Of December 23, 2014 On The Labeling Of Particular Types Of Foodstuffs (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 29) And Packaged In Accordance With The Needs Of Mass Catering. 9. The Person Designated By The Contractor To Deliver The Goods Should Have Current Medical Examinations Confirmed In The Employees Health Booklet And Should Be Dressed In Complete, Clean And Appropriate Business Attire. The Employee Is Obliged To Be Sober And Comply With The Health And Safety Rules Adopted At The Plant. 10. Due Diligence Is Required When Fulfilling Obligations Arising From The Contract. 11. The Contractor Should Have Cars That Meet The Sanitary Requirements Specified In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448) In Connection With Regulation No. 852/2004 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of The European Union Of April 29, 2004 – Hygiene Of Foodstuffs (Annex No. 2 To The Regulation Official Journal L 139 Of April 30, 2004), With Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered. 12.
