1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Diesel Oil (On) From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026 To An Above-Ground Tank With A Capacity Of 5,000 Liters Located On The Premises Of The Municipal Services Company In Borne Sulinowo At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 26. 2. The Estimated Consumption Of Diesel Oil (On) Determined By The Ordering Party Is Approximately 70,000 Liters.3. Due To The Fact That The Amount Of Fuel Supplies Depends On The Current Needs Of Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych Spółka Z O.O., The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Amount Of Fuel Given Above Is An Estimated/Indicative Amount Provided For The Purpose Of Calculating The Offer Price. Due To The Fact That The Amount Of Fuel Specified In The Above Point May Change, The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Paid According To The Actual Amount Of Fuel Purchased.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Entire Quantitative Scope Of The Subject Of The Order. In Such A Case, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party For The Need To Use The Full Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order, Nor Any Contractual Penalty Or Compensation.5. Fuel Will Be Refueled Directly To The Above-Ground Tank Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party.6. Fuel Delivery Will Be Carried Out Using The Suppliers Specialized Means Of Transport That Meets Adr, Health And Safety And Environmental Protection Standards.7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Measuring Device On The Tanker Has A Legalization Of The Measuring System Confirmed By A Legalization Certificate.8. Successive Deliveries Will Be Made Cashless, Directly To The Above-Ground Diesel Tank In Expected One-Time Deliveries Of 1,000 To 5,000 Liters Based On An Order Placed By E-Mail, Fax Or Telephone, No Later Than Within 24 Hours Of Receiving The Order. Fuel Delivery Will Be Made Between 7:00 A.M. And 3:00 P.M. On Working Days From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays.
