1. The Subject Of The Order Is Transport And Pick-Up Of Disabled Students From The Prusice Commune In The School Year 2025/2026, 2026/2027, I.E. In The Months Of September - June, On Days When Teaching, Care And Upbringing Activities Will Take Place, Along With Providing Them With Care During Transport To The Special School Complex In Żmigród, To The Complex Special Educational And Educational Centers In Trzebnica, The Milicz Association Of Friends Of Children And Disabled Persons In Milicz, The Special Educational And Educational Center For Blind And Visually Impaired Children In Wrocław, Ul. Kamiennogórska 16, And The Lower Silesian Special Educational And Educational Center No. 12 For The Deaf And Hard Of Hearing In Wrocław. M. Grzegorzewskiej Wrocław Ul. Dworska 8.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Requirements Arising From The Provisions Of The Act Of January 11, 2018. On Electromobility And Alternative Fuels (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1289, As Amended),3. The Subject Of The Order Concerns Transport To And From Schools To The Place Of Residence Of Disabled Students, As Well As Ensuring Safety And Hygiene Conditions When Boarding, Disembarking And Traveling By Vehicle. According To The Information Available As Of Today, The Transport And Collection Will Include 41 Disabled Children. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Children Transported To Special Schools In Situations Beyond The Ordering Partys Control And Of Which It Is Currently Unaware. In This Situation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Transport To A Smaller Or Larger Number Of Children Than The Number Specified Above. If It Is Necessary To Transport Children To Another School During The Execution Of The Order, The Number Of Kilometers (Length Of The Journey) Will Be Determined By The Ordering Party And The Service Provider, At The Price Indicated By The Contractor In Its Offer. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Care For Students During Transport And On The Way Back, And To Maintain Special Safety During The Transport Of Students. The Ordering Party Requires That The Rule That Children Cannot Be Unattended During Deliveries And Drop-Offs Is Strictly Observed. Vehicles Must Be Adapted To The Number Of Children Transported. The Entity Executing The Order Is Fully Responsible For Providing Care For Children And Young People During Deliveries And Drop-Offs. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Combining The Functions Of A Driver And A Caregiver.
