The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Water Washing And Dry Cleaning Services By The Contractor To The Ordering Party In The Towns Of Olsztyn, Lidzbark Warmiński, Lipowiec, Ulesie, In The Quantities Indicated In The Offer Form (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And The Assortment Included In The Lists Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Subject Of The Order And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Include The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Including Annexes). Pursuant To Art. 441 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right In The Scope Of Each Of The Parts Into Which This Order Has Been Divided, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annexes To The Swz. In The Offer Form, The Ordering Party Has Specified The Basic Level Of The Order, Which May Be Expanded By Increasing The Quantity Of The Assortment To The Maximum Quantity Specified In The Table In The Quantity Option Column. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Services Covered By The Option Right Must Be Provided On The Terms And Conditions Specified For The Basic Order In The Quantity And Price Indicated In The Offer Form. Right Of Option - Provision Of Water Washing And Dry Cleaning Services At The Request Of The Ordering Party, At Unit Prices Specified In The Offer Form Within The Contract Implementation Period In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. To Provide The Service, The Contractor Uses Agents That Are Approved For Trading And Have Valid Declarations And Certificates Of Conformity, In Accordance With The Act Of August 30, 2002. On The Conformity Assessment System (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 215) And Relevant Certificates. These Agents Cannot Cause Skin Irritation Or Allergic Reactions.
