Tarnowo Podgórne Ul. Sportowa - Parking Lot And Playground At The Health Center, 3. Jankowice Ul. Poznańska/Ul. Wiśniowa.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 8 To Swz.3. The Contractor Will Use Materials With Technical, Construction And Operational Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor May Use The Indicated Or Equivalent Other Product That Meets The Technical And Quality Requirements And Has Functional Properties No Worse Than Those Specified In The Ordering Partys Documentation. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Covered By A 24-Month Warranty Period And A Minimum 24-Month Warranty Period.
