1. The Subject Of The Order Is Supply And Installation Of Energy Storage Facilities For Public Buildings2. The Scope Of Work Includes The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Electricity Storage Facilities Along With The Replacement Of Existing Inverters With Hybrid Inverters For 5 Public Buildings In The Ozimek Commune In Accordance With Applicable Law And Device Manufacturers Guidelines. The Devices Are Intended To Ensure Functionality Consistent With Civil Protection Requirements. 3. Task Co-Financed Under The National Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program 2025-2026, Task Called: Retrofitting The Warehouse, Area 2: Logistic Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies, Section: Supplementing Resources And Infrastructure Necessary To Carry Out Olioc Tasks. 4. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Energy Storage Facilities With Technical Parameters Consistent With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party In The Locations: A) Ul. Along With Their Connection To Existing Photovoltaic Installations.2) Disassembly Of Existing Inverters And Their Replacement With Hybrid Inverters, Enabling Cooperation With Energy Storage Facilities And Installed Pv Installations, Along With Configuration And Optimization Of The System Operation.3) Maintaining Documentation Related To The Execution Of The Order, Including As-Built Diagrams, User Manuals, Acceptance Protocols, As-Built Documentation In Accordance With The Requirements Of Energy Law And Dso (E.G. Tauron).5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Meet The Conditions Regarding The Employment Of Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform The Subject Of The Order, Specified In Detail In The Contract And The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In The Point Above.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Key Parts Of The Order To Be Performed By The Contractor.7. If Materials, Devices, Products Or Equivalent Solutions Are Used, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Offer And To Submit, Together With The Offer, Technical Data Sheets Or Other Documents Confirming That The Offered Equivalent Solutions Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Described In The Subject Of The Order. Equivalent Solutions Must Have Technical, Operational And Assembly Parameters No Worse Than Those Obtained By Implementation According To The Designers Instructions And Provided That Their Use Does Not Result In The Need To Change The Solutions Contained In The Documentation, And Is Approved By The Ordering Partys Representatives. 8. If The Ordering Party Does Not Provide The Minimum Parameters That Would Confirm This Equivalence, The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer A Product With Similar Properties, Functionally Suitable For The Required Application. 9.
