1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide The Service Of Running A Guarded Parking Lot Intended For Parking Vehicles Removed From The City Of Jaworzno On A Continuous Basis (24 Hours A Day On Working Days, Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays) And Maintaining 24-Hour Readiness To Accept Vehicles Removed From The Parking Lot Pursuant To Art. 50A And 130A Of The Road Traffic Law, Excluding Vehicles Carrying Hazardous Materials.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Transport The Ordering Partys Vehicles Removed From The Road In Accordance With Art. 50A And 130A, Currently Located In The Parking Lot At Ul. Abstorsskich 216 In Jaworzno Before The Vehicles Are Subject To Supervision (As Of November 30, 2025, I.E. Approx. 35 Vehicles With A Gvw Of Up To 3.5 T), To The Parking Lot Indicated In The Offer Form In Point 4 According To Annex No. 3 To The Swz)*,* In The Event Of A Change In The Location Of The Parking Lot. Services, Possession Of Means Of Transport And Possession Of Civil Liability Insurance In The Scope Of Business Activity Conducted For The Duration Of Transport, In Particular For Loss Or Damage To Vehicles.3) 24-Hour Reception Of Vehicles Towed In A Guarded Parking Lot Pursuant To Art. 50A And 130A Of The Road Traffic Law And Securing Vehicles Against Secondary Damage (Deformations), As Well As Preventing Third Parties From Accessing Secured Vehicles, Except For Enabling The Necessary Inspection By An Authorized Car Appraiser, 4) Issuing And Handing Over The Vehicle To Authorized Entities, 5) Keeping Records Of Vehicles Admitted To The Parking Lots, 6) Providing Accompanying Services At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Consisting In Making An Emergency Opening Vehicles.7) Having A Parking Lot That Meets The Conditions Below: A) The Parking Lot Must Be Located Within The City Of Jaworzno Or At A Maximum Distance Of 10 Km From The Administrative Borders Of The City Of Jaworzno On A Public Road. 226 Section 1 Point 5) Of The Public Procurement Act. If The Contractor Does Not Specify Or Incorrectly Determines The Distance Between The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party And The Parking Lot(S) Indicated In The Offer, The Ordering Party Will Enter The Correct Distance, Which Will Be Determined According To Google Maps, Poland. If The Contractor Does Not Indicate The Address Of The Parking Lot Where The Services Will Be Provided, The Ordering Party Will Reject The Offer As Inconsistent With The Content Of The Swz. B) The Parking Lot Should Have Separate Parking Spaces With A Minimum Number Of 48, Including: 45 Parking Spaces For Vehicles With A Total Permissible Weight Of Up To 3.5 Tons, 1 Parking Space For A Vehicle With A Total Permissible Weight Exceeding 3.5 Tons And Not Exceeding 7 Tons, 1 Parking Space For A Vehicle With A Total Permissible Weight Exceeding 7 Tons And Not Exceeding 16 Tons, 1 Parking Space For A Vehic
