4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1. Service In The Field Of Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste Divided Into Fractions: - Mixed, - Paper, - Glass, - Plastics And Metals, - Biodegradable Waste - Ash (Collected At 2 Collection Points - Kp7 Containers), From Property Owners Residing In The Żmudź Commune And Management Of The Collected Waste In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733), The Provisions Of The Waste Management Plan For The Lublin Voivodeship, And The Provisions Of The Regulations On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Żmudź Commune - Resolution No. Xxv/168/2020 Of The Żmudź Commune Council Of October 21, 2020, As Amended By Resolution No. Xxxvii/261/2021 Of The Żmudź Commune Council Of December 17, 2021, Resolution No. Xlvii/315/2022 Of The Żmudź Commune Council Of November 4, 2022 And Resolution No. Vii/55/2024 Of The Żmudź Commune Council Of October 30, 2024.4.2 Collection, Transport And Management Of Waste Collected At The Stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.4.3. Providing 2 Kp 7 Containers With Lids (Ash Containers) And Placing Them In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party; 4.4 Supplying The Property With Bags With A Capacity Of 120 Liters For The Collection Of Mixed Waste - Black, Paper - Blue With The Inscription Paper, Glass - Green With The Inscription Glass, Plastics And Metals - Yellow With The Inscription Metals And Plastics And Waste Biodegradable – Brown In Color With The Inscription Bio.4.5. The Expected Amount Of Waste To Be Collected And Managed By The Contractor During The Order Execution Period Will Be 350 Mg In The Basic Scope. 4.6. The Expected Amount Of Waste To Be Collected And Managed By The Contractor During The Order Execution Period Will Be 50 Mg Within The Scope Of The Option Law.4.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right (In Whole Or In Part) If It Is In The Ordering Partys Interest And Results From Its Current Needs - After Completing The Basic Scope Of The Order. The Ordering Party Will Provide Written Information To The Contractor About The Need To Exercise The Option Right As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract. The Option Right Is A Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party, Which He May, But Is Not Obliged To Use, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. If The Contractor Does Not Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect.
