Part 1 - Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Villages Of Bielowicko, Łazy, Wieszczeta. The Order Will Consist (For All Parts) In The Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Field Of Snow Removal, Sprinkling With Grit Or Salt And Removing Snowdrifts, Depending On The Prevailing Weather Conditions, In The Jasienica Commune From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To April 15, 2026. The Contractor Must Have Materials For Sprinkling, I.E. Salt, Stone Grit With A Fraction Of 2 To 4 Mm (In Amounts Necessary To Properly Maintain Road Passability) Permitted For Road Sprinkling, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 27, 2005 On The Types And Conditions Of Use Of Agents That May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Squares (Journal Of Laws Of 2005, No. 230, Item 1960). The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Include The Following Annexes To The Swz: - Price Form (Constituting Annex No. 1A - For All Parts Of The Order), Which Should Be Submitted With The Offer Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz For All Parts Of The Order).
