1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Winter Maintenance Of Roads In The City And The Muszyna Spa Commune In The Winter Season Of 2025/2026.2. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into The Following Tasks, I.E.: Task No. 1: Winter Maintenance Of Roads In The City And Commune Of Muszyna Spa, Including The Town Of Żegiestów3. The Scope Of Individual Parts Of The Order (Tasks) Is Detailed In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 4. The Scope Of Services Includes, In Particular: 1) Comprehensive Winter Road Maintenance Consisting In Ensuring Passability And Limiting Disruptions To Road Traffic Flow Caused By Snowfall, Sleet, Freezing Drizzle Or Winter Slipperiness Of The Road, By Removing Snow, Preventing The Formation And Elimination Of Winter Slipperiness, And Removing Snow. 2) Cleaning Up After Winter Maintenance Of The Road From The Material Used To Perform The Service. 5. Winter Road Maintenance Includes Snow Removal And Removal Of Slipperiness By Sprinkling The Road With Appropriate Agents, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 27, 2005 On The Types And Conditions Of Use Of Agents That May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Squares (Journal Of Laws Of 2005, No. 230, Item 1960).6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Assess The Situation On The Streets And Respond Appropriately By Sending Appropriate Units. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Passability Of The Streets.8. Communication Requirements That The Contractor Should Provide On The Day Of Signing The Contract: - 24/7 Communication With The Dispatcher Via Landline Phone, Plus A Mobile Phone, - Communication Via Mobile Phones; Each Hardware Maintenance Unit Must Be Equipped With A Mobile Phone (One Number Per Unit).9.
